Welcome to our portable rental service in Cape Cod! Here are some frequently asked questions to help you better understand our services:
Q: What does the price include?

Q: How far in advance do I need to place an order for a unit?
Q: How often are the units cleaned?
A: Restrooms for special events are pumped, cleaned and sanitized when they are removed, and cleaned again on the day of the delivery. If a cleaning and pump-out need to be scheduled during the rental period, we can do so for an extra fee.
Q: Can I rent a portable toilet for 1 day?
A: Absolutely! You can rent a unit for as long as you need.
Q: How do you keep the water in the units from freezing during cold weather?
A: We try very hard to keep the water from freezing during the colder months. We use a non-toxic approach to keeping them as ice-free as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot predict what Mother Nature will do and during extremely cold weather, the units do sometimes freeze.
Q: Do I need to supply water for the units that have running water?
A: Yes
Q: Do I need to supply electricity for the standard portable toilet units?
A: No
Q: Do I need to supply electricity for the Luxury Trailer units?
A: Yes
Q: Where can you place my portable restroom?
A: Our portable toilet units have to be pumped when we remove them. Our service truck has a 15-foot hose, so we ask that you pick a spot within 15 feet of where we can park our truck.
